AGRITECFUTURA 170 THRESHING MACHINE

DESCRIPTION

The unique cleaning and separation process of the Futura 175 have been incorporated in this multi purpose threshing machine, resulting in excellent performance regarding capacity, affordability and very low maintenance costs.

The threshing machine was tested successfully in maize, sorghum, and sunflower with small changes in adjustment. The standard model is fitted with a bagging attachment, while an auger is available for handling grain in bulk as an optional extra.

Most small tractors will handle the 480kg machine comfortably through a category II three point hitch. Power is delivered with a PTO shaft from the tractor. An optional carriage with wheels is available, in which case the machine can be driven by an optional engine.

175 Agritec Futura

Agritec surely is one of the biggest manufacturers of trailed combine harvesters in the world.  One of the outstanding features of the exciting Agritec 173 and 174 trailed combine harvesters, is the low maintenance cost.  This uniquely designed drum and separation system ensures a very high harvesting capacity and clean grain sample.

The Agritec 175 harvester enters the market with the highest technology.  During the development of this harvester the aim was mainly to develop a harvester at a reasonable price for the market and to keep the maintenance cost as low as possible.

The end result - the 175 Agritec Futura - a harvester with only four moving components  and seven V-belts.

FEATURES

Safety chains on three point hitch prevents damage to PTO shaft.

The cutting height of the harvester is controlled by the three point system of the tractor.

An adjustment to the highest link of the drawbar allows the tractor nearer to or further from the row.

Its uniquely designed drum with 12 beater bars ensures a high harvesting capacity of +/- 4 ton/h.

Rough material is blown out by the secondary fan whilst the fine material and grain fall through the concave sieve for a second cleaning process.

During the second cleaning process the fine material is blown out by the primary fan and the grain falls through the sieve into the auger and from there into the bulk tank.

The bulk tank has a capacity of 1,6 ton.


AGRITEC 195 FUTURA COMBINE

DESCRIPTION

The 195 Futura  trailed Combine can compete with selfdriven combines to harvest maize, wheat, sunflower, dry beans, soyas and sorghum. The combine can hitch on to different headers to fit to various row widths and practices. The combine is simple, light weight with a sturdy construction. The ease of maintenance is a major advantage.

8 km / h land speed is a good measure. Faster speeds is possible if fieldconditions and handling permits.

AGRITEC 175 FUTURA BASIC COMBINE

DESCRIPTION

The 175 Futura Combine is developed to handle different headers.  Light weight, simple but sturdy construction makes it well suited to conditions on smaller  areas.
